May, 2025:  Art show season is just around the corner and I am so excited to about several new designs that will be available!!  My first show is this month on  May 17 & 18 at Norton Commons.  This is always a high-quality show and crossing my fingers for beautiful weather.   Hope to see you there!!

April 22, 2024:  Wow!  2023 has come and gone and I am busy preparing for the 2024 season.  I am so excited about the upcoming year and all that it holds.  My first show is at Norton Commons and I am hoping for beautiful weather on the weekend of May 18 & 19.  Looking forward to seeing you there!!!








August 25, 2023:  It has been a busy and rewarding show season thus far!  A third place ribbon in jewelry at Arts on the Green at Maples Park and a People's Choice Award at Art on the Commons in Kettering, OH.  In addition, I had so many customers at all 4 shows and am now busy creating new pieces for the upcoming shows.  Look for me at Chautauqua in Madison, IN and at the St. James Court Art Show in Louisville!!!

March 14, 2023:  I have been busy creating new pieces for this year and applying to shows.  I am excited about the upcoming year and the possibilities that it brings.  I have already received notification of acceptance in several shows and waiting responses from others.  Hoping to see you at one of the events!!

September 13, 2022:  Art Show Season is in full swing.  Just finished two amazing shows- Woodland Art Fair in Lexington, KY and Artfest on Main Street in Springboro, Ohio.  Headed to Dayton, OH for the Dayton Art Institute Oktoberfest- September 23, 24, & 25.  This will be followed by St. James Art Show on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Sept. 30, Oct 1 & 2)!!!!   Hope to see you at one of these!!

June 23, 2022:  What a wonderful start to this art show season.  After a successful show at Oldham Arts at Maples Park, I headed on to Nashville, TN for the American Artisans Festival last weekend.  This is such a wonderful show and I was so honored to have received one of the 2 Best in Show Awards!!  I really was speechless and still can't quite believe it.  Thanks to everyone who has come out to one of the shows this year.  I enjoy meeting and talking with each of you.

May 16, 2022:  The art show season has begun!!  What a wonderful weekend at Cherokee and it was so good to see so many folks.  This coming weekend brings Norton Commons and I am looking forward to participating for the 1st time.  I continue to stay busy with creating new works, so hopefully you will come by this weekend- Booth 38!

​April 2:  Looking forward to the art show season for 2022!!  I have been busy all winter with preparations and have so many new and exciting pieces.  The first show will be Cherokee Art Fair and so glad to be back this year.  Hoping that it will be a beautiful Spring weekend and a great kick-off for Derby Celebrations.  Two weeks after Cherokee, I will be at Norton Commons.  This will be my first year at this show.  Hope to see you at one of the shows this year!!

September 24:   Although several shows have cancelled for the remainder of this year, the good news is that I still have a few upcoming shows!!!  The advanced forecast for St. James Weekend (October 1, 2, & 3) looks like perfect art show weather.  I will be in Booth 3N-760 ( on Magnolia between 3rd and 4th Streets).   Also looking forward to the Louisville Artisan Guild Showcase in November, as well as a new show for- Temptations Holiday Boutique at the Olmstead.  Hope to see you at one of the shows.  Stay safe and healthy!!!

July 29, 2021:  It has been a great start to the season with two successful shows completed- Arts on the Green and Main Street Festival!  Looking forward to two fun shows in August:  Woodland Art Fair in Lexington, KY on the 21st and 22nd and Art in Speed Park in Sellersburg, IN on the 28th and 29th.  This will be a bittersweet year for Art in Speed Park due to the fact that the show organizers have decided that this will be the final year
of a 30 year run!  Both shows have always showcased some amazing artists, so I hope to see you ther

June 28, 2021:  Thanks to all who came out to Arts on the Green in the heat wave!!  It was a great location at the Maples Park and a successful show.  Now I am preparing for the next one- Main Street Franklin in Franklin, TN.  Looking forward to seeing folks in that area and hoping for a beautiful weekend.  Check out the list of my upcoming shows

​May 28, 2021:  Only  15 days away from the first show in over a year!!  Looking forward to Arts on the Green at the Maples Park in Crestwood.  I have certainly had plenty of time to create many new pieces over the past 12+ months!  Hoping to see a lot familiar faces and to meet new folks as well.  Come on out and support the local arts.

March 6, 2021:  It is looking good for an Art Show season.  Thank goodness for vaccines!!!  I am excited about the possibilities that are opening up and look forward to seeing everyone at a show this year.  I have had time to create many new pieces and still some many more ideas!!  As always, browse the gallery and if something catches your eye, use the contact page to reach out

January 15, 2021:  Wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year!  Hoping for an Art Show season this year.  I have been busy creating new pieces and am anxious to share those with you.  I will update the show list as soon as possible.  As always, I am happy to arrange a private showing for anyone in the Louisville area- socially distanced and masked, of course!!


August 10, 2020:  So 2020 has been a very interesting year!  All shows to which I applied have been cancelled.   I certainly am hoping that 2021 will be a better year for all of us.  This time of quarantine has given me lots of time to bead and create.  I will be working on updating the pictures in the gallery with some of the newest creations, so keep checking back.  Everyone stay safe and health

April 23, 2020:  What a year this turning out to be!  I hope that everyone is staying healthy at home during this time of pandemic.  Many art shows have already been cancelled for this year.  I, like most others, are waiting to see if any shows to which we applied will actually be held.  In the meantime, I have been working hard to create new pieces and am well-stocked at the moment.  I am always happy to send pictures of what I have available.  This is the perfect time for special orders and commissions!  Thanks to all who have been so supportive over the years!  Stay safe and healthy!

November 18, 2019:  The Art Show season is over for 2019!  What a year it has been and what a way to close out the year with receiving the First Place ribbon in the jewelry division at the Oldham Arts Fall Show.  What an honor and a surprise.  I am grateful for all who supported me this year by coming to the shows and stopping by my booth, as well as making a purchase!  I am busy with commissions and am aways happy to create a special piece for you.  I am also in the process of applying for shows for the coming year and will keep you posted on those.  

September 30, 2019:  DAI Oktoberfest is complete and I am now looking forward to S. James this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The advanced forecast looks to be perfect for a beautiful October weekend, so I hope to see you there!  I will be booth 3N-760.

September 25, 2019:  So excited to be headed to Dayton, Ohio for the Dayton Art Institute Oktoberfest this coming weekend.  The next 3 weekends will be filled with art shows!!!!  Here is one  picture of the most recently framed pieces that I have completed and that will be available.  Many thanks to Brenda Haley at Frames of Mind for her beautiful custom framing job-- once again!  If you are in the Dayton area, stop by on Saturday or Sunday!

August 19, 2019:  What a great weekend in Lexington at Woodland Art Fair!  Many thanks to all who came out to the show.  Also, thanks to the Lexington Art League for a well-run show.  No time to rest as Art in Speed Park is this weekend- August 24 & 25.  This is a short drive from Louisville and the weather looks to be good.  Hope to see you there!  

July 31, 2019:
Gearing up for 2 shows in August!  The first one is in Lexington, Kentucky-- Woodland Art Fair on the 17th and 18th.  The following weekend, I will be in Sellersburg, Indiana for Art in Speed Park.  Both of these shows are short drives from Louisville, so I hope to see you at one of them.

May 4, 2019:
Thanks to everyone who stopped by my booth at the Cherokee Art Fair!  It was a great show and I appreciate all the support.  At the moment, I am busy preparing for the show at Norton Commons on Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th.  Hope to see you there!

April 1, 2019:
No fooling!  I have been busy preparing for the upcoming season and have many new designs to check out.  First show of the season is right around the corner- I will be at Cherokee Triangle Art Fair this year on April 27 & 28.  I have also been invited to be a part of the Preview show on Friday evening to benefit the Louisville Legal Aid Society.  Spring will also include the show at Norton Commons on May 18 & 19.  I will be updating the listing of shows as soon as they are confirmed, so make sure to check out that page.  I am looking forward to what this year will bring and hoping to see you at one of the shows!  ​If you have questions about any of the shows, please contact me.

January 17, 2019:
Happy New Year!!  The start of 2019 has been filled with creating new designs and applying for shows.  I am looking forward to the upcoming days and what they will bring.  Be sure to check back for a listing of shows for 2019 once they are confirmed.  I can tell you that I will be back at St. James this year and will also be at Norton Commons on May 18 & 19.  Hope to see you at one of the shows this year.

Great weekend at the Louisville Artisans Guild Holiday Showcase.  Always such a great show!  One more show for the year- next weekend is the Art on City Place in LaGrange , KY.

Fabulous weekend at St. James Court Art Show!  This was my first year and I hope to be back next year. Although it was quite warm for October, there was no rain the entire   wee weekend A special shout-out to those who helped me this weekend:  Angela Collins, Bonnie Lindsay, Perry Dixon, Nina Maple, Virenee Chatmon & Bruce Carroll- could not have done it without you!
